In order to meet Tier 4 exhaust regulations established by the Environmental Protection Agency, equipment manufacturers (Case IH, AGCO, Challenger and Massey-Ferguson) are incorporating Diesel Exhaust Fluid into 2011 equipment models. The new DEF Delivery Solution from Thunder Creek Equipment brings DEF directly to the field, along with diesel fuel and service tools, to keep you moving.

Two DEF systems are available on all new 750 and 990 gallon diesel fuel trailers.  The 60 gallon DEF system is also available as a retrofit on previously purchased 750 and 990 gallon trailers.

Standard Features

	Tank The vented tank is constructed of stainless steel and features a DEF fill cap.
	Pumping System The non-corrosive, two-in-one pumping system features a 12 V pump rated at 8 gpm, 12' hose, and DEF nozzle.

	25' Auto Retracting Hose Reel DEF-ready hose with stainless steel components and EPDM seals. Available on both 60 and 100 gallon DEF systems.
	Fuel Meter GPI-brand DEF fuel meter mounted in line with the fuel nozzle.  Battery powered, provides per fill and cumulative totals. Available on both 60 and 100 gallon DEF systems.
	Suction Hose DEF-ready hose with stainless steel and plastic components. Choose adapter to fit bulk DEF supply. Available on both 60 and 100 gallon DEF systems.
	110 V Electric Tank Heater Mounted on the driver's side with weather-proof receptacle and DEF-ready stainless steel heating element. Available only on the 100 gallon DEF system.
	Diesel Tank Heater Wabosto-brand heater with DEF-ready stainless steel radiant heating system. Available only on the 100 gallon DEF system.

The Environmental Protection Agency has released a new set of standards, commonly referred to as Tier 4, governing the exhaust emissions of high-horsepower diesel engines. To comply with this standard, many equipment manufacturers are utilizing a process called Urea-Based Selective Catalytic Reduction to clean engine ehaust. The liquid additive containing urea is commonly referred to as Diesel Exhaust Fluid, or DEF.

The urea in DEF is highly corrosive and requires special handling.  Our DEF Delivery Solutions are made from stainless steel and served by a special non-corrosive pumping system.
